5/05/2010 Reconstruction and upgrading of manufacturing facilities
We would like to inform you about the intended reconstruction and upgrading of manufacturing facilities in our plant. As already communicated in the e-news, there will be some major investments into technology equipment at the turn of the years 2009/2010.
1. Firstly, the production line for surface treatment will be renewed. Just needed to say that it is not only a replacement of the rolling facility against a modern spraying machine. What´s more, the existing hall will be extended, the production line will be replaced including manipulators and drying and cooling equipment. As a result of these activities a new production line with higher production capacity and better quality of the surface treatment will come into existence. Because of the complexity and extent of the reconstruction and upgrading the production of cement-bonded particleboards CETRIS® with surface treatment will be reduced. Therefore, the boards CETRIS® : Plus, Finish, Dolomit, Plus Profil, Finish Profil will not be produced from 1st December 2009 to 5th February 2010.
Last orders for boards CETRIS® with surface treatment will be taken on 1th October 2009.
It will be not possible to produce and to deliver cement-bonded particleboards CETRIS® Dolomit after the upgrading of the production line for surface treatment has been finished.
2. Secondly, the production line for cement-bonded particleboards CETRIS® Basic will be upgraded. The upgrading will start on 1st December 2009 and will be finished on 12th February 2010. We aim to build up stocks of boards, nevertheless, we would like to call your attention the fact that there could be a temporary shortage of several board-thicknesses of CETRIS® Basic at the turn of January to February 2010.
We apologize for possible difficulties arising from momentary shortage of boards. We hope that our investments will influence our cooperation only in a positive way. You will be given opportunity to see the results of our investmens during your visit to CETRIS plant or on the occassion of the „Meeting of the Business Partners“ which is intended to be caried out in 2010.
